A budget gem in Kardamena
Our stay was pleasantly surprising. ample room to move around, hot water with great pressure, and outstanding housekeeping were standout features. Anna's exceptional hospitality made our experience all the more enjoyable.
The extra charge for air conditioning was disappointing, and the communication regarding the showering options on our last day was unclear, resulting in an unexpected additional cost.

We enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the shower after long beach days, and Anna's cheerful demeanor made us feel welcomed. The nearby, charming shops added to the delightful experience.

The Twin Room had ample space and was kept clean daily, giving a solid comfort level for a budget hotel. The shower had excellent pressure with consistently hot water, which made for refreshing washes after a day in the sun.
While the rooms are decent, they're showing their age—think basic, a bit dated, and lacking a proper shower head mount. The €8 nightly charge for air conditioning feels steep, especially when it's not well communicated up front. we ran into an issue with late checkout. even though we asked for a simple shower, we were directed to a separate toilet to change before ultimately being charged €40 for another room, leaving a sour taste at the end of our stay.

the andavis was a pleasant surprise! it’s just a five-minute walk to the beach and the local shops. the rooms were spacious and always kept clean, with good water pressure in the shower. anna at reception was super kind and helpful, really making us feel welcomed during our stay. safety deposit boxes were available for peace of mind too.
the extra charge for air conditioning was a bit disappointing.

The ample space in the Twin Room provided great comfort, and the cleanliness was consistently high with daily housekeeping. The staff were particularly welcoming, with Anna's assistance making the check-in process smooth. Being just a short walk from the beach and local shops added to the convenience, although the €8 nightly charge for air conditioning felt excessive. A few inconsistencies in communication regarding additional fees were noted, and while the atmosphere was generally pleasant, noise from nearby areas occasionally disrupted my relaxation.
